Flea and Tick Bath Fee

Use of special flea/tick shampoo and conditioner when any fleas/ticks are found during grooming services.

This fee is only applied if a pet has multiple potty messes during the grooming service.
Special Care Fee

This fee is only applied if a pet is extremely aggressive or temperamental during their spa day, or if a pet bites a staff member.
Non-Anesthetic Teeth Cleaning
$2.50/min
(minimum of 10 minutes or $25 fee)
*Must be requested at time of scheduling*
This add-on service to any grooming package is a gentle, cosmetic teeth cleaning with the use of an ultra-sonic scaler to remove plaque and tartar build-up on teeth, followed by water flossing techniques to remove soft food/material that may linger in crevices between teeth and around gum-line.
***NO ANESTHESIA IS USED***

Completion of service is strictly based on pets' tolerance and behavior.

Pets with loose teeth or severe tooth/gum issues will not qualify for this service.

We value humanity over vanity and will discontinue teeth cleaning services if the pet appears to be uncomfortable or in any pain.
